Our Expertise

Buying

Purchasing a property as either an investor or as an end user should involve multiple steps.  Johnston Realty provides a comfortable discovery period for a buyer client to assist them in getting as close to a perfect fit as possible.  We are not just realtors out to make a sale and a quick commission.  We work tirelessly for buyer clients in planning, construction, financing (if necessary) and analysis because we know that one person’s investment style or standard is not necessarily equal to anyone else’s.  We want clients for life – not for one quick purchase.

Selling

A property owner could have several reasons to sell.  Timing, opportunity to free up cash, distress, estate planning.  Reasons are endless and – like buying – everyone has different goals.  We believe in providing sellers with as much information before making a decision to sell so that emotion is mostly removed from the process.  Market evaluations, marketing packages and presentations play large roles in this process.  In addition, knowing buyers for different property types is key.  Our team includes some of the most knowledgeable and connected real estate professionals in the region.

Financing

Financing your property?  Let our affiliated bank consultants shop your loan around the region to secure you the most favorable terms.

Tenant Representation & Leasing

Like buying a property, leasing a space of any kind – as a tenant OR as a landlord – should involve numerous thought processes. There are no small tenants. Whether you’re looking to lease 1,000sf or 100,000sf, we will provide you with a comprehensive plan of attack from marketing to negotiating to construction.
